Hims & Hers is a telemedicine platform that provides care for a range of health and wellness issues, including mental health, sexual health, and hair and skin conditions. User research showed that customers who were prescribed a new medication often stopped their treatment due to a lack of educational resources. To help first-time users, Hims & Hers developed a series of videos and articles explaining health and wellness issues and treatment options.

My role involved researching health conditions and points of confusion for customers, writing scripts for 20 short videos, and writing in-app copy to help users get the most out of their treatment.
